How to get to the Observatory

By Tramway
Tram, line B, direction Universités, stop Notre-Dame Musée

If you arrive by train:
Tram stop in front of the station (exit town centre), line B, direction Universités, stop Notre-Dame Musée

If you arrive by car:

• From Lyon or Valence
  About 500 m after the Saint-Egrève exit, stay in the right lane to go towards Grenoble-Bastille. Cross the bridge over the Isère, (bridge of the Porte de France), go into the left lane, then straight after the bridge turn left to go along the riverbank road until the Museum parking.
• From Chambéry
  Go towards Grenoble-centre, leave at “Voie sur berge”, take boulevard Maréchal Leclerc, follow direction “Musée” then left into avenue Maréchal Randon (follow tramway). Be careful don’t take the riverbank road.

Then, in each case, park in the Museum parking, place Lavalette. The Vieux Temple road is close to the Museum (see map).
